Volunteers Welcome!

Headwaters' foundation are our volunteers! We value their time, energy and compassion. Through their efforts, Headwaters Outdoor Education Ministry can reach more people, fill gaps in resources and create more meaningful and faith based connections throughout the community.

Camping Amidst Fog

  • Serve as a mentor and positive role model

  • Lead and engage from a faith-based foundation

  • Support basic first aid and safety practices

  • Work hands-on with youth in outdoor settings

  • Assist with backpacking and overnight trips

  • Support outings and experiential learning

  • Teach foundational outdoor and survival skills

  • Experience supporting at-risk or troubled youth is a plus
