Colin founded Headwaters Outdoor Education Ministry with a heart for at-risk youth and a belief that God's creation is the most powerful classroom for transformation. He leads the ministry with a vision of guiding young people toward faith, resilience, and a life of purpose.

Zach Stephens
Zach plays a vital role in shaping the Headwaters experience, overseeing day-to-day operations while specifically mentoring young men through outdoor adventure and discipleship. His passion is helping youth discover their identity and strength in Christ.

Ryan Roberts
Ryan keeps Headwaters financially healthy so the ministry can focus on what matters most, the youth. He brings dedication and integrity to managing the organization's resources and ensuring every dollar serves the mission.

Cody works behind the scenes to make sure every program, event, and experience runs smoothly. His operational leadership allows the Headwaters team to show up fully present for the youth they serve.

Samantha brings compassion and professional care to the Headwaters team, ensuring every young person feels seen, supported, and safe. Her work is central to creating an environment where real healing and growth can happen.

Headwaters is happy to partner with Jessie-Jiay, Founder of Bird's Nest Marketing, who brings a strategic and creative “bird’s-eye view” to Headwaters, overseeing marketing, design, events, and local partnerships. With thoughtful attention to detail, she helps present Headwaters at its very best while expanding its reach and impact.

Falconer
Marshall
Marshell, our falconer at Headwaters, brings a unique dimension to the program through his knowledge of birds of prey and passion for mentorship. Using falconry, he teaches patience, discipline, and respect for God’s creation, while helping youth draw deeper connections between faith, trust, and personal growth.
